"I am Loved by the Lord"
主今我被祢所愛
This song features a strong rhythm by the electric guitar, contrasted by the elegance of female vocals. Melodically, this song is beautiful and soothing, but at the same time, it’s also catchy and trendy because of the instrumentals.
We are also reminded once again of all Jesus gave up to save us from sin. In heaven, He leads the perfect life, the very same life we hope to obtain one day. But He came down to earth to be born as a man, and to walk amongst the poor, sick, and unjust. Though he deserved more than the earth could offer, we turned our backs at Him, rejected Him, and nailed Him to the cross.
Even through all this pain and suffering, Jesus forgave our sins and restored our relationship with God, thus being the sacrificial lamb as foreshadowed by the Old Testament.
God showed His omnipotence through this arrangement, and it displayed His unconditional love for us. This love we can never forget, and it can never be washed away by the rain. We cherish His love forever, and we stay true and unchanging in Him for eternity.
